How did we increase the number of repeat orders for Emco?

Emco, a Czech manufacturer of cereal products, gave us a clear task – to increase repeat orders on their e-shop by 10%. The client’s secondary requirement was to meet the half-year sales target, which was increased by 17.3% year-on-year. And a return on investment (PNO) of a maximum of 5.96%, where we included spend on paid channels, CDP platform fee, other marketing channels and agency fees.

Thanks to the effective retention strategies from our Loyaltiq team, we exceeded that goal! The number of orders increased by 13.5%, and we’re continuing our collaboration.
